01. Telemetry Data & Account Information
Ultimate Wave Pro collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver wave acceleration services, specifically your billing email address, invoice transaction IDs, and campaign configuration settings. We do not store financial payment credentials on our servers.
02. Data Security & Encryption Standards
All data transfers between client consoles and our wave dispatch nodes are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal database stores are protected behind isolated security firewalls.
03. Subscriber Data Rights & Deletion
Subscribers have the right to request an export of their stored campaign data or demand complete data erasure in compliance with GDPR. Data requests should be submitted to privacy@ultimate-wave.pro.
