By purchasing a subscription on ultimate-wave.pro, you enter into an operational agreement with Ultimate Wave Pro. Our kinetic wave synthesizer dispatches automated audio frequency modulation and organic media acceleration across global networks. All promotional content submitted must comply with applicable regulations.
02. Subscription Charges & PayPal Processing
All pricing tiers (Starter: €29.92/mo, Pro: €72.27/mo, Enterprise: €259.86/mo) are processed on a monthly subscription cycle via PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days until canceled via your PayPal account or by contacting support@ultimate-wave.pro.
03. Node Dispatch SLA & Uptime Guarantee
Ultimate Wave Pro guarantees a 99.8% network uptime SLA for active wave modulation nodes. Dispatch latency is target-maintained at under 12 milliseconds. Service modifications or node re-routing will be notified in your telemetry console.
04. Limitation of Liability & Termination
In no event shall Ultimate Wave Pro be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party social media platform algorithm updates. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating acceptable usage guidelines.
